Our Journey of Growth & Innovation

- 2004: Ampec Technology is established, focusing on hardware service excellence.
- Over the Years: Rapid expansion into company-level repairing and testing of headsets (Plantronics, Jabra, CISCO, Teleconnect), sales, AMC, and installation.
- Early Focus: Recognized the critical need for specialized support in Call Centre and BPO industries, providing customized hardware/software solutions.
- 2012: Launched our state-of-the-art manufacturing-level workshop for IP Phone repair, a solution highly appreciated by users.
- 2022: Achieved a significant milestone by starting the manufacturing of our own HEADSETs, specifically designed to meet the demands of telemarketing and call centre industries.
- Today: Proudly introduced the AT-30 binaural Headsets, continuing our legacy of quality and innovation.
