POSITIONING THE AT-30 HEADSET

To begin, be sure that the headset cord is securely plugged into USB jack of System and the green indicator is ON

Adjusting the Headband: – Your headband is fully adjustable. Lengthen or shorten the extension part of the headband for a comfortable fit (If necessary). you may carefully extend the section of the headband for a tighter or looser fit. The headband should rest on top of your head.

Positioning the Receiver: – The receiver is designed to fit on either ear. Place the center of the foam-covered receiver over the center of your ear. You can change the bottom direction from top side as bottom locking is there. Make sure that your hair does not cover your ear. Allow the cushion pad located at the end of the headband to sit above your other ear.

Positioning the Microphone: – Adjust the microphone so that the voice may go loud & clear. The mike should be 1cm away from your leap.

WARRANTY

AMPEC INDIA INC warrants that the AN-04 Headset shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. We shall repair or replace, at our option, without charge. Any part or unit that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, then the product you may return to us.
Plastic mounded item is not under warrant ages. Any Brocken / burn/ manhandled will not be under warranty.

WARRANTY SERVICE

We will collect & send the unit in a sturdy carton with sufficient packing material to prevent shipping damage.
Include your address, purchase details, and reason for return.
For warranty repairs, we will pay return postage. For other repairs we will charge, will send you an estimate and proceed with the repair after your authorization.
